The customer demands of our core business of sheet metal components and assemblies led us to develop our unique selling points of 24/7 production capability, excellent flexibility, ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, and vast kan-ban experience providing a unique sub-contract service for the modern manufacturing world of medium to large size batch work.

 

LeenGate Equipped

 

We have a vast manufacturing base of equipment featuring leading edge technology with our three automated Amada Load-Punch-unload cells, Eight Amada HFE press brakes, Four Amada TP power presses and an automated Salvagnini Per-form-er bending facility, Multi-cell , welding, spot welding, assembly, finishing and surface coating department which possibly makes us one of the largest privately owned one-stop sheet metal subcontractors in the UK today.

 

LeenGate Facilities

 

We have an exceptionally well equipped  production facility of 40,000 sq ft, a surface coating facility of 8,000 sq ft, plus finished goods warehousing of 9,000 sq ft. Additionally our sister company LeenGate Metals has a purpose built stockholding facility of 22,000 sq ft in Nottingham and a further 16,000 sq ft located at Tipton. We consider ourselves to be a unique business for all our customers large or small.
